Why you should put a fee on your products & services!

One of the many considerations entrepreneurs have when they want to sell is 'who will buy' or 'nobody will pay'. This then pushes them to give out a lot of freebies. While it isn't wrong to do free services from time to time. There should be a time when you ask for money in return for the valuable products and services you're offering your customers or audience. So, I'll share my thoughts with you on this.



It's not wrong to put a fee on your products & services. God gave you your skills, knowledge & experience to help people with so they can pay you for the value you offer.


Don't feel like 'nobody will pay'. There are people that will pay you if you put a decent price on your products. Don't feel guilty or bad for putting a price on your work when you want to. Except of you just want to do it for free because you're just starting or you're stirred up in your spirit to do freebies.


And just before you go, I'd like you to think about the following:


If you're always doing free things, you must have another strategy to make money. It could be another business or job that foots your bills. But if your one skill is the only source of income you have, you should put a price on your services.


Finally, if you're that friend that always expects and demands free services from your friends because they are you friend, you need to stop it! You can ask for discounts but don't expect free all the time and guilt trip them for not wanting to give you free things. Pay them for their services.
